If volumes are really that big and you don't need precision then you
can use plastic injection molded optics. The tooling and molding can
be done by Asian suppliers if you want the lowest cost. If you want
better quality, there are plastic optical companies in the US such as
GS plastic optics or syntec optics can do it although it will probably
be more costly.
