Yes, September 07, page 72. They show a picture of a pretty
clean hole in beryllium of 167.1 microns, tapering smoothly
from 7.1 to 3.5 microns at the bottom.

I haven' t got Photonics Spectra magazine and I'd like to buy it. I saw the
