Add as much fluorescein as you like. It will absorb blue/UV and re-emit
in the green-yellow. Longer wavelengths will be unaffected.
If you add some copper sulphate, it will really hammer the IR and kill
red light too
And this can impossible be about polarised light ,no ?impossible.
