Hi, What is the appearance in the image of a fiberscope,

Has anyone looked thru one? Thanks.

The specification on bend radius limits is usually set to avoid fiber
breakage. If you bend the fibers once there is probably not going to
be too much damage. However, repeated bending builds up stress,
eventually resulting in breakage of fibers.
Image dimming due to TIR being overcome depends on how close to the
fiber's NA your imaging system is working. This can easily be
determined through modeling, using an optical design program.
