The standard text in the industry is Nonimaging Optics by Roland
Winston, Juan C. Minano, Pablo G. Benitez, and With contributions by
Narkis Shatz and John C. Bortz (Hardcover - Dec 22, 2004). It is in
it's second edition.

It is really the only text out there that adresses Nonimaging optics
in great detail.
