I'm not an expert in optics, but to me seems pretty hard measuring
quote with this tecnique. What do you think?

As Sam pointed out, it's BS based on the so-called range of the
laser.
As for the 'chemtrails', that too is BS. I am an active participant
in discussions on the subject in other venues I frequent.
