Photonics Spectra subscription probs?

Does anyone else here who has a subscription to Photonics Spectra
having renewal problems?

I renewed a couple months ago when my issues started coming with
the renewal notice. Then I got a notice in email, so I renewed again.
Then I got one in snail mail, so I renewed again.

Long story short, I have renewed four times now and I keep getting
reminders to renew, and they are getting more insistent as if I
have note renewed. The latest email is 'threatening' to start
telemarketing me phone.

I've emailed them twice about the failure of them to receive my
four online renewals, which seemed to be accepted each time just
fine. No replies yet.

Just wondering if it's me or if others have been having probs.
