Semi-telecentric wide angle objective lens

Where can I get an objective, off the shelf, with focal length ~10 mm,
at least f/1.5, but better f/1.1, covering a field of view of 17
degrees (total) and approximately telecentric at the image (diameter
3.1 mm)? Wavelength is 0.9 microns, environment is outdoors.
