For experimental purposes, you may want to consider loosening the specs
and
finding stock lenses that will work. You CAN work around any problems
that
they do make.
I'll note that lenses just aren't made in a day but take some time.

Not an experiment, but a complex custom one-off design for a varifocal
telecine lens, with end-user customer waiting. Good colour correction and
not far from diffraction-limited off-axis performance over a range of
magnifications. Stock lenses are NOT an option!
