Optical performance, aperture, vignetting, fixed
conjugate requirements. Telecine is more demanding than photography.

Obviously I don't know the details of your application, but it would seem
to me that being "telecine" that the film was originally exposed and then
printed by lenses no better than a top-of-the-line SLR lens, so running it
through one more time can't be improved upon.

I mean, a Canon L lens outperforms a 16 megapixel sensor. Just how grand
can this telecine be? "Fixed conjugate" just means a macro lens.

Another off-the-shelf solution is an enlarger lens, which is designed for
a
virtually identical task. And the better ones are really good, hard to
imagine making a better one.

Object-image distance is fixed 300mm, including 50mm glass beamsplitter.
Continuous magnification range 2.5 - 5.5x, aperture ~F/2.0. MTF>0.5 @30
lp/mm up to 15mm off-axis image field with <10% vignetting. Do you know any
camera or enlarger lenses that will do this?

Please don't argue with me about the requirement. This is what is need to do
the job.
