The single slit experiment demonstrates that "once the slit width
approaches the dimension of the wavelength the waves spread out as if
from a point source". Fine. Now, tell me how the light forms into
waves. By magic. I think not. Light forms into waves through impacting
light. It's obvious once you grasp that space is composed of the
emission called light.
