I respect your POV on considering mass and charge to be a double
nature of particles but I do not agree with you on such being similar
to E and B in EM.
Before you dedicate the rest of your life chasing wild geese, let me
help you to pin down something fundamental.
Mass itself cannot be a fundamental concept as Newton put it being the
quantity of matter since we do not have any perfect definition of what
that matter is. However, we do have arbitrated equations that include
mass expressions.
Let us put the gravitational mass aside for the time being and focus
on the Inertial Mass.
Take E=mc^2 for example and keep the idea that mass is directly
proportional to its equivalent energy.
Then take E=hv and keep the idea that energy is also proportional to
the wave nature frequency of particles.
We can confidently conclude that mass is directly proportional to the
frequency of the wave nature of particles.
A particle may be charged or neutral while having mass, thus there can
not be any direct correlation even if the neutral particle is
internally charged with equal and opposite charges, because the
significance here is how the particle interacts with the rest of
nature and not with itself.

Equating for energy we have {m=hv/c^2}
Thus you can begin with Planck's quantum action (but it must be in the
angular momentum form and not in the linear propagation form to
specify a standing wave particle) multiplied by the frequency to
relate the angular momentum to time and divide by what seems to be the
square of the speed of light in vacuum.
The term {c^2} is your ticket to vacuum, however it is really
[L^2.T^-2], which is the product of length and acceleration.
Putting that equation in meaningful words, one could say that the
inertial mass of a particle at rest is an expression of {{{{{How
frequently an angular momentum causing action can force the medium of
vacuum to be accelerated for a length interval}}}}}

Notice that the frequent action being calculated is that quantity per
unit acceleration per unit length.

In my humble POV if the particle was an "Open System" it manifests its
external connectivity as charge.
Neutral particles are logically "Semi-closed Systems" with finite
external connectivity over time.
The analogy here is similar to the electric "Direct Current" for
charged particles and "Alternating Current" for neutral particles.

Vacuum is dynamically chaotic by default and it does not acquire a
property of charge until random order emerges.
To force ordered vacuum unto chaotic vacuum is to assume that all
vacuum is ordered into opposite charge pairs such as photons, but
photons propagate in chaotic vacuum (not in photons) giving it order
as it propagates.

To force the derived dimension of volume you shall have to multiply
the above equation by [L^2.L^-2]
Thus we may write:
[M] = (action/2pi) * frequency * Surface-area / acceleration * volume

This is like saying that mass is "the quantified frequent action by a
moving surface" per "accelerated (expansion | contraction) of a volume
of vacuum"

This conclusion perfectly applies to a particle-wave vortex pumping
the chaotic background at a constant volumetric rate.

If the system was open we detect charge in the vicinity but if the
system was closed the chaotic background loops back too soon into the
system demanding very close probing for detection.

We need to modify our concepts about the electric, magnetic, and
gravitational fields as orthogonal aspects of the same entity, with
the magnetic being the medium range reaching "vacuum-currents" while
the electric manifestation is shortest in range and more powerful and
finally gravitation is the longest of the three ranges because it is
the phenomenon related to matter interaction with the background
status.

If a particle was a magnetic vortex then it has all the three
orthogonal entities expressed in its topology, where the axial is
gravitational gyration, the tangential is magnetic and the radial is
electric.

Off course I shall never deny having my own convictions with which I
am totally convinced and I am trying to convince you, but being
civilized, I respect your opinion and I am willing to listen to you if
I was not truly convincing. :-)
