Anti-Proton Factories

Hello,
I have read where there are several small companies trying to manufacture
(or produce) anti protons on a large scale basis that does not involve the
huge accelerators.

I believe there is one in New Mexico that I may have had (its web page)
bookmarked, but for some reason my bookmarks were all wiped out. If any one
has info or can provide links it would be appreciated.
