Dear Muhammed
What do you mean by variable electrostatic field? if you mean that it's
varyong in time, then it's no longer electrostatic. If you mean that
it's varying in space only, what is your problem in that?

Hi,
As you know there is an electrical field around each electrostatic
charge. I know how to create an electrostatic field. But I have problem
by creating a "variable electrostatic field". Can you give me a guide?
Thanks in Advance
