The two models are indistinguishable geometrically. The same rules
of motion are defined on each. The fact that the Einstein model
originated as Einstein's static solution to the field equations
with a cosmological constant is irrelevant. The discussion is
about the physical and geometrical properties of these spaces.

This one short sentence of yours contains three errors. I present to
you these two corrections:
"In Einstein's model, the spatial geometry is that of a 3-dimensional
hypersphere embedded in a 4-dimensional Euclidean space."
