The very cause of relativity theory is the motion of time.
You can catch up to time by speeding up. So time's motion is therefore
slower.
You see, your motion catches up to time's. That is what we call
Special Relativity. Its also explains the reason why only one twin
ages even though they have relative motion in common. Only one cathes
up to time.
Where mass distorts space-time there is a motion. The motion of
gravity.
