(Len) To "Franko", whoever you are. It just so happens that I am a retired
nuclear design engineer and was a member of the group which developed the
Candu fuel bundle for the first Canadian nuclear power station in Pickering.
I even got a patent to show for it.
I can assure you that the term QM was never mentioned in all the years I
worked in research and development as related to nuclear fission.
By the way, what are your credentials?
