Quit being elementary. When I say "outside" the mind, I mean something
that cannot be "deduced", "inferred", "conjectured" or detected by
any means whatso ever. these things are called "unobservables" by
scientist. there is NO WAY to prove that an unobservable exists.

Because, as Saint Augustine said 1700 years ago:
"the Universe was created WITH time, not IN time"
(St. Augustine, ca 300 AD)
and Hammond has now SCIENTIFICALLY PROVED that that
statement is CORRECT.
One can easily see that if "time was created" 40,000 years ago, that
a 15-billion year "history of time" could also (and in fact was)
be created along with it at the same time. Cripes Zen... chill out for
a sec and think about it!

We don't know....it was an "unobservable" up until 40,000 years ago
when the observer came into being and thus "Created" "time and space itself"
