Strange as it may seem, I can hear in the dark. I cannot see the bell jar in
the dark, though.
Maybe light passes though both air AND vacuum AND bell jars, but sound
doesn't pass through vacuum and is attentuated by bell jars. Could that be
why?
Now tell me, how does that cast doubt on the statement "Air is a medium for
light just as it is for sound." ?
Y'know, I've known quite a few relativists that are totally irrational when
the religion is countered by simple observation and logic. Are you one of
them?
