Sorry , made some mistakes :
here is the right stuff

T' = T / ( 1 - ( v/c )^2 )^0.5
so
v = c * ( 1 - ( 1/ T' )^2 )^0.5 with T = 1 and T' = plancktime .

circle :
2*pi*radius/time = v and
time^3 = constant*radius^2 so radius = time^(3/2)/constant^0.5 ( 3 th
law of kepler )
so
v = 2*pi*time^(3/2)/constant^0.5/time
v = 2*pi*time^(1/2)/constant^0.5
time = ( v*constant^0.5/(2*pi) )^2

so 1/time = frequency = ( c*(1-( 1/T' )^2)^0.5*constant^0.5/(2*pi))^2
