Absolutely no friggin problem:

Time to wake up Bernie. The BGD *IS* the "difference
between the two curves for ADULTS".
It is NOT the difference between the two curves for
CHILDREN. Here, I've drawn a special picture for
you to clear up your error:

NOTICE that the "BGD" clearly DECREASES as one
grows up for the first 18 years of life, THEN it remains
CONSTANT (15%) for the rest of your life.
