Vergon:

Proving that you are a moron that makes a generalized derogatory
statement based on bias when he has not even read the monograph.

The monograph shows logically -- using known attributes of relativity
AND empirical results that the usual presentation of time dilation is
invalid.

In its place the correct time variation is Doppler time.

If you had read it -- and understood it(unlikely)you would have the
right to criticise it. But as it is you should do us all a favor and
keep your mouth shut. People already think you're stupid -- why open
your mouth and remmove all doubt?
