I have examined your paper, Eugene, and I have found a mistake in it. The
Error is on page 5, the 8th equation down from the top, somehow you have
a -1/v term when it should be just -v. A slight error, mistake that anyone
could make. Perhaps you could review and fix this before you publish it.
