Their IS no error once you adjust the pendulum's
length for the new gravitational potential.
If you think that is yet some more proof of
GR I'd advise your first checking the polarity of
the correction wrt the GPS clocks.
Resonant cavitys don't seem to need retuning for
gravitational potential so there is every reason to
believe the SUMO clock will not exhibit the altitude effect
that GPS clocks do. It may never fly because it's
hard to get a ride for an experiment that tests if
satellites make more than one orbit per orbit.
Androcles isn't just making a joke. All the BS you are
blabbering, logically and mathematically reduces to
a satellite which makes more than one orbit per
orbit if *time* is truly affected by gravity.
