That is not an experiment, it is a gedanken, meaning a "thought

All you have "proven" is that if you assume that OWLS is source
dependent, then you can conclude OWLS is source dependent. Not very
enlightening.

In particular, you forgot that in SR clock synchronization varies in
different inertial frames.
