That is not an experiment, it is a gedanken, meaning a "thought
experiment". In particular, you can only get out of it what you put into
it, because Nature dos not participate in your "thoughts".
All you have "proven" is that if you assume that OWLS is source
dependent, then you can conclude OWLS is source dependent. Not very
enlightening.
In particular, you forgot that in SR clock synchronization varies in
different inertial frames.
