Patrick, your continual raising of the strawman called "deep reality" is
a fool's game. Science does not purport to have found, nor to persue
"deep reality". The goal of science is deeper reality, not an
idealistic deep reality. One of your debate techniques is to frame
arguments as if every one was pursuing absolute knowledge or perfect
knowledge. A example is your statement that science is not about truth.
This statement can only be true if truth means absolute truth. Science
is about truth if truth is given its proper scientific definition which
means validity or accuracy or correctness. Science is about more valid
statements, more accurate statements, more correct statements, about
nature. In this sense science IS ABOUT TRUTH. Nobody here claims to
have absolute truth, so your admonition about "science is not about
truth", is pompous and pontifical and irrelevant trolling. You have
obviously fallen love with the sound of your internet voice.
