Thanks. It is only a variation on my proposal for a similar dual
transmission from Cassini and Huygens.
Didn't you do the calculation on that? A difference of about .5 sec
given a relative velocity difference of the two vis earth of 30km/sec?
As for SR, that's why I'd love to see it tried; SR gets binned- science
can move on.

PS: I don't spose you know whether there is direct link/transmission
from Huygens? Maybe the opportunity still exists!
