It isn't as if the paper is online or anything, where you could easily
read it.

Oh wait, it is. But how could this be? I showed the paper to you with
the explicit intent to get you to read the damn thing. Somewhere in
these 5 pages is the table listing effects due to gravity and velocity.
Can you find it?
