They're moving TWICE TWICE as fast from each other (not the same speed)
only with respect with their Earth's center are they of the same speed
but in opposite direction.

1.
a) Pluto is moving at -50km/s with respect to Earth

and one guy took off Pluto and went +100km/s (according to Twin Paradox
he's aging less than Pluto)

+100 - 50 = + 50km/s the guy is moving with respect to Earth

2.
a) West Plane leaves Earth at -50km/s from Earth = same speed as Pluto
b) East Plane leaves Earth at +50km/s form Earth = same speed as guy
wo left Pluto

So why is the West and East plane time dilation the same where as the
Pluto and guy who left it have different time dilation between them?

Both have pairs are travelling at the EXACT SAME VELOCITIES!!!!!
