Did you have a point?
You seem to think that there is a contradiction
between what I said and the reference you gave.
Since you obviously are rather slow,
let me rephrase:
All clocks measure their own proper time.
Your wrist watch measures your proper time.
My wrist watch measures my proper time.
Your wrist watch does NOT measure my proper time.
My wrist watch does NOT measure your proper time.
Got it now?
