Who are you talking to? You really should leave some
attribution...
Define "reality".
Special relativity is about measurments in frames of different
speeds, in space where gravitation is negligible. Because a
light source is 400 light years away, does not make it important
to special relativity. Making a trip to it, and perhaps back,
would be. *Measurement* is central to SRT.
