h
The closer the medium is to pure vacuum, the less the deviation: the "drag"
is due to the atoms of the medium.
d
That has been transparently clear to me for years.
h
Thus for vacuum there is no such effect,
d
The drag of the vacuum is the fact that the SOL is constant in it.
h
and no speed relative to vacuum can be determined (at least in theory, and
as far as I know).
d
Lost your way again the SOL relative to the vacuum is c.
