Oh, I see. The article talked about this parameter as one that is analyzed.
That means it is not an observed quantity. The exercise 3.5 addresses the
POSSIBILITY of gas leak which is hardly an issue of Pioneer anomaly. I
don't know why you insist on utilizing a lot of energy and effort on a
hypothesis based on an assumption. Not only it is an assumption but of very
mundane one.
