I was once told of an SRT experiment that had some interesting results. Apparently, while the actual results of the expeirment aligned with SRT's predictions (e.g., time dilation or length contraction), the actual results did not completely align with the predicted expected results based on the SRT equations. I was left with the impression that the difference between the actual and expected results was not due to the accuracy of the experiement.
I know of no reproducible experiment that disagrees with the predictions of SR within its domain of applicability. And I have looked. Extensively. There are a large number of experiments that test SR in many different ways -- see the FAQ for references.
