That's not only surprising, but appears to be a fabrication.
Volovik currently has 295 items listed on the publication list on
his website. I don't suppose you'd like to cite which of his
works mention Polasek? A search at scholar.google.com leads me
to believe that such a work by Volovik does not exist.
I find in extremely unlikely that a serious researcher such as
Volovik has a desire or need to use the concepts of a half-assed
crank who claims his non-peer-reviewed web page publication is
worthy of multiple Nobels. But I'm willing to be corrected.
