Time is absolute time. The rate of passage of absolute time is invariant and
not affected by the state of motion. A clock second represents a specific
amount of absolute time for a specfic state of absolute motion of the clock.
A clock second represents a different amount of of absolute time in
different states of absolute motion of the clock
