Good point.
That would mean the passenger on the train sees both sides
of the trackside observer illuminated simultaniously and there
can be now real world "relativity of simultaniety"

Frames of reference are mathematical abstractions. The squares
you draw before you buy carpet or paint don't add or subtract
any energy from the carpet or paint.
