The 'trigger' is essentially two events A & B , which have to happen
together to cause the light bulb to light up...

when you ask "which frame is the trigger in"

do you mean to say that the frame in which the trigger is at rest holds
priority over the frames in which the trigger is moving at uniform
speed?

I doubt that relativity holds one inirtial frame over another..
