Sodium (Na) D line, the knowledge of it's shift only
needed v/c. "v" was known, hence "c" is computed.

More clearly is parallax related to aberration,
where dv is known and "c" can be calculated.

Many examples like that are available to show we
can find OWLS.

I do agree a radar system is clearer.
