Henry, you do not understand the TP at all. It is not that one is
stationary while the other is moving that causes the time dilation
effect. That is what some have said, but as you so aptly point out to
them, if it caused it on Earth it should cause it way out there too.

As I pointed out to you and others on your other thread, the so-called
paradox is explained by my contention that it is the difference in
speeds between the twins that causes the time disparity. Nothing else
works right to clear up all these little loose ends.
