Paradox of Zeno.

To Llup,

I fully agree with you that the Paradox of Zeno is based on the same kind of
double-think that relativistic particle physicists use to make their
point(s).
The problem is that you can't have an intelligent conversation with someone
who
talks nonsense, because they are not bound by the rules of logic. Once you
abandon logic anything goes, because to a relativist one illogical statement
is as valid as any other. That is to say, everybody is always right and
no-one is ever wrong because everything is relative. In other words, the
interpretation of a given observed relativistic phenomenon depends on who
makes the observation.

Consequently actual reality becomes whatever the observer decides it to be,
which means that according to relativists many realities coexist. Or worse
yet, an observer can create an alternative reality based on his observation.
This means that he can 'will' a light beam into a stream of photons, or into
a light wave with a frequency, wavelength and amplitude, by the way he looks
at it. Both realities are considered equally valid, even though relativists
consider them to be contradictory, since according to them a wave can't
consist of moving particles and a stream of particles can't make a wave.

By the way, I maintain that a light beam consists of a stream of helical
wave photons, which form a wave without the need for a medium. It follows
from this that a light beam IS in fact both a stream of particles and a wave
at one and the same time, without fear of contradiction.

So anyone can join the relativist club, since everyone is as much of an
expert as anyone else. The only condition for membership is that you don't
question the myth, because if you do you will be branded a heretic, who must
be silenced at all cost to preserve the faith.

And so the myth continues unabated because its believers don't want to know
the truth. Because if their fantasy is exposed for what it is, they will
cease to be experts who know better than the 'common' people, that 'common'
sense doesn't apply to relativistic particle physics.

To paraphrase Niels Bohr and the like; quantum mechanics is illogical by its
very nature, consequently one shouldn't try to find a logical explanation
for the various relativistic phenomena. To do so, just shows your ignorance
of the subject. So much for science!

For an alternative (logical) explanation of particle physics, see my
'Selected Papers' which you will find at my website at:

Enjoy, Len.
