You've had inordinate difficultly accepting that the same word can be defined differently for use in different contexts. You evidently have some notion of "reality" that you think is inappropriate for Physics to consider, and so you insist the word be banned entirely from discussion. You did exactly the same thing with the word "time".

Agreed except that I do accept the different words can have different meanings in different contexts. However, I reject that there's any scientific context in which the term reality is valid.

Too bad you can't recognize the contradiction in those two statements.

There's no contradiction at all. While I agree that something can be so, I disagree that it is so in this instance. Did that go over your head?

Forget about what you think these words mean in other contexts; there are specific meanings that are applicable to this context. If you're able to talk about threads with a tailor and with a newsgroup poster, you should be able to handle it.

I'm sure that meant something before you actually typed it.

It means the same as it meant when I said it to you, in other words, several times before, but the fact that you still can't understand it, means that once again, our discussion has hit a roadblock. Oh, well.

The quality or state of being actual or true
