Simple Question About GR And Uniform Acceleration

Let two hypothetical observers exist in space
(wearing space suits) far from any large concentration of mass/energy
that would "warp"
space-time. Let one observer (using rocket power) start moving with
uniform acceleration in a
straight line from the other. Is there any simple
set of invariant coordinate transformation equations from a fixed
coordinate system to a
coordinate system moving with the uniformly
accelerated observer (at it's origin)? Can we address this simple type
of problem
outside of the umbrella of GR?
