Can heat be converted to kinetic energy (move a ball or turn turbines)???

We know that Energy is never lost and is converted instead?
But is Heat (Temperature wise) ever lost by being converted into
kinetic energy instead....meaning that if you have 100degrees of hot
liquid then this "TEMPERATURE" is never los (not converted)t?
Example:
One room is 100 degrees and another room same size is 0 degrees they
come in contact and the final temperature of both rooms is 50 degrees
(The temperature has simply propagated/dispersed).....same as moving
water particles turn turbines (converts to kinetic energy) but the
water itself never disappears (or becomes converted) ...therefore is it
likewise for Temperature??
If so this should have implications on the laws of thermodynamis with
regards to the ***BIG BANG*** and the final suggested state of the
Universe?
