There are things such as protons, electrons, radiation and nature's
fundamental forces. These are all physical things (stuff). There are
theories and stuff but many may be wrong. More experiments need to be
done before some things are discarded once and for all. We will, one
day, start to get the true picture like when we started to realize the
earth is not flat. The quantum stuff is holding us in a dark age and
we
should grow out of it.

Me thinks you have never studied a quantum mechanics textbook. Get
yourself one and study it until you understand it a little and then come
back and give us a report.

Quantum "vacuum" charge rules baby! The sqrt(hbar*c) is a marriage made
in heaven!
