....somebody remember the Faucauld ( a french scientist lived many years
ago ) 's pendulum ? and the laser ' gyroscope ( it gives all the
axial rotations ) ? or the Sagnac effect ? may be a better ask is
: is marking a gyroscope all the angular rotations? or rephrasing :
is releiving a gyroscope also the fraction of the rotational component
of the earth around the sun ? i think that yes is the correct answer
