Sorry but you are completely wrong.
Shift is how frequency and wavelength varies, it has nothing to do with the speed of light. Yes its true the back guy would see the light a different colour than the front guy, but they would both see whatever colour light at the same time.
I am not wrong. You need to understand Aether theory before you accuse me. The speed of light did not change. The train is moving through the aether at close to the c. This is what accounts for the perceived differences in light speed and the Doppler Effect. In the Aether theory the speed of light is relative to the medium and does not change.
