No, they aren't in orbit around the nucleus. That's the misconception
I keep mentioning. Not AT ALL the same as planets orbiting
the sun.

And planets in a "higher" orbit, meaning farther from the
Sun, move at lower velocities than planets that are closer
to the Sun. Mercury's orbital speed is about 50km/s.
Earth's is about 30km/s. Neptune's is only 5.4 km/s.
So thinking that "higher" orbits should have higher velocities
is another misconception.

Ok but those are two different mass....therefore higher orbits demand
higher momentum or higher velocity if the mass remains the same (p = mv
or p = gamma mv)
