There is no good description of what the distortion in the E-matrix IS
in this link. There are 12 instances of a mention of distortion in the
E-matrix in this document. Some of them talk about what CAUSES
distortions in the E-matrix, some of them talk about what the
distortions in the E-matrix CAUSE, but there is no description of what
they ARE.

They are the result of the absolute motion of the S-Particles or S-Particle
systems in the E-Matrix. I don't understand your question. You said: "Some
of them talk about what CAUSES
distortions in the E-matrix" and then you turn around and ask for a
description of distortion. Are you asking for the definition of distortion?
