len- time is always related to motion, and inertia, the only way a clock
can be thrown off is by inertia from another source, or direction .

I burn graduated candles for clocks so I wouldn't know about that.

Find way to prevent inertia from another source from influencing Your
clock, and you have created a perfect clock.

I am quite happy with my candles. The scented ones smell
better than that stinky oil they have to put on the mechanical
contraptions.

There is nothing unstable in Inertia. Atoms always behave the same in
regards to inertia.

Is that why standards labs use fountain clocks?
